Breakdown Recovery now included within the Group Insurance Scheme from 1/9/2011
From the 1st of September, Merseyside Police Federation are delighted to announce the introduction of breakdown recovery for 2 vehicles (you and spouse / partner) for an incredible price of 90p per month into the Group Insurance Scheme. This equals an annual price of an incredible £10.80.We are letting you know early in case you need to make any decision, or give a notice period with your current provider. We will let you have more detail shortly but this is a fabulous money saving benefit to the scheme.
Our Group Policy is just getting better and better, and this inclusion is possibly the best yet. The whole scheme now covers most of your insurance needs and saves you money!
You don't have to do a thing - from the 1st of September you and your partner / spouse will be covered in whatever vehicle you are travelling!
The main points of cover are as follows:
- - Comprehensive Motor Breakdown Cover for you and your partner
- - Roadside Assistance
- - If not repairable by the roadside, you will be taken to a local garage or you can be recovered to your home address or original destination
- - Home Assistance included
- - Alternative travel costs included
- - Average 39 minutes response time
- - Driver cover so you are included in whatever vehicle you are travelling, including Motorcycles
- - No age limit of vehicle covered
- - European cover available at an extra charge
