The Merseyside Police Federation is committed to providing advice, guidance and support to our members in relation to Equality and Diversity matters.
We aim to work with Merseyside Police, together with its support networks, partners and advisors to raise awareness of all aspects of diversity. We aim to provide a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and each individual is recruited, developed, promoted and trained, to ensure they can reach their maximum potential free from any discrimination.
We will represent our members to escalate their concerns with the management of the Merseyside Police and where appropriate we will assist our members to seek redress at law.
